Postpartum Services

I offer non-medical support, provide education, and address concerns for families in the Denver Metro area.

As a postpartum doula, I provide the following:

Nonjudgmental support
Newborn care
Sibling care
Physical and emotional support
Educational support and resources
Breastfeeding support/bottle-feeding support
Meal preparation
Babywearing support
Baby's Laundry
Light housekeeping
Errand running

After a free initial consultation, we can customize a care plan that will be right for you and your family.

Scheduling & Rates
I am available 7 days a week from 9am - 6pm. The daily minimum is 3 hours with a 2 day a week minimum.

The standard rate for postpartum care in Colorado generally ranges from $15 - $30 an hour; however...

I believe that every family deserves to have the care of a postpartum doula so I am willing to work with you to find a comfortable rate. I am passionate about my work and I understand that we are in tough times, I do not want any mother to not seek assistance due to financial constraints. I cannot work for free (due to my own finances!) but I am happy to negotiate a reasonable rate with you and I'm open to discussing barter.

Gift certificates are available and make wonderful gifts for the mom-to-be!

Doula care may be a tax deductible expense. It is covered by flex-pay accounts & some insurance companies provide reimbursement. I accept checks, cash, or PayPal. A deposit is required prior to the start of care so that I can reserve the time to be with you. This deposit is deducted from the final week of care.
