For aches and pains, sore muscles try some of these remedies:

* Epsom Salt Bath

Magnesium Sulfate are natural minerals that help soothe muscles and promote circulation in the body.  I recommend buying WITHOUT any essential oils already in it, since most of those used are cheap chemical imitations. If you would like to add essential oils, use a good quality oil (I use doTerra oils), and add to the salt before pouring into the water.  Do not add the oil directly into the water. You can soak in a bath or just your feet.


*  Deep Blue from doTerra.   

Deep Blue is a wonderful oil that gets nice and warm, and soaks deep into the muscles.  It can be used anywhere on the body, and it smells great.
